UNIT-LEVEL PRICING

Set pricing for every unit

Configure pricing at the unit level and keep the calculation connected to the project and the property being sold, rather than to a spreadsheet somebody has to remember to update.

One unit. One clear pricing calculation.

  • Base price

Set the primary price for the unit, against its carpet area.

  • Floor rise

Add the floor-wise premium, so a higher floor prices higher on its own.

  • PLC

Include the preferential location charge where it applies.

PRICING CONFIGURATION

Configure pricing for every project

Set pricing configurations according to your projects and your company, instead of maintaining a separate spreadsheet for every project and hoping the right version is the one being quoted.

THE SAME COMPANY, TWO DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS

  • Skyline TowersNoida · 3 towers
    • Base price
    • Floor rise
    • PLC
  • Riverfront ResidencesLucknow · 1 tower
    • Base price
    • Floor rise
    • PLC

Pricing can be configured per project and per company, which gives a team with several projects running at once a structured way to keep them apart. A project that does not charge floor rise simply does not have it switched on.

PAYMENT PLANS

Turn the booking price into a payment plan

Once the booking price is calculated, Vastu CRM generates the payment plan from that price and the milestones you have defined. Nobody re-types the figures, so the plan can never disagree with the cost sheet.

FROM THE COST SHEET₹1,42,00,000 5 milestonesbooking to possession

From a calculated price to a structured payment schedule. What happens next — raising demands as each milestone falls due and chasing what is unpaid — is covered on the Collections page.

BUYER-READY COST SHEETS

Create professional cost sheets your buyers can understand

Turn the pricing calculation into a clean, branded cost sheet that can be shared with the buyer directly, instead of a screenshot of a spreadsheet cell.

  • Your branding

Your company logo sits at the top, so the buyer receives a document from you, not from a tool they have never heard of.

  • Clear breakdown

Every component is listed with its amount, so the buyer can see exactly how the price was reached.

  • Shareable PDF

A clean PDF the buyer can keep, review and forward to whoever helps them decide.

THE WHOLE WORKFLOW

One pricing workflow from unit to booking

Give your sales team a consistent path from the selected unit to the buyer-ready cost sheet and payment plan, so two reps quoting the same unit quote the same price.

Questions about cost sheets and pricing

What sales teams ask before they move their pricing out of spreadsheets.

  • What is a real estate cost sheet?

A cost sheet is the written breakdown of what a specific unit costs. Rather than a single headline figure, it lists the components that make up the price for that unit, such as the base price against its area, any floor-rise premium and a preferential location charge, and arrives at the total consideration the buyer will pay. It is the document a buyer actually reads before committing.

  • How does Vastu CRM calculate a property cost sheet?

It adds the components configured for that project. The base price for the unit, the floor-rise premium for the floor it sits on, and the PLC where it applies, which together give the total price. For example a 3 BHK of 1,450 sq. ft. with a base of Rs 1,24,00,000, floor rise of Rs 9,60,000 and PLC of Rs 8,40,000 totals Rs 1,42,00,000. The payment plan is then generated from that total.

  • Can I set different pricing for different projects?

Yes. Pricing is configured per project and per company, so two projects run by the same company can price completely differently. One project can charge a floor-rise premium while another does not have it switched on at all, and neither affects the other.

  • Can Vastu CRM generate payment plans?

Yes. Once the booking price is calculated, a payment plan is generated from that price and the milestones you have defined, so the schedule always agrees with the cost sheet. Because nobody re-types the figures into a separate sheet, the two cannot drift apart.

  • Can I add floor-rise and PLC charges?

Yes. Floor rise and preferential location charges are both supported pricing components, set alongside the base price. Floor rise lets a higher floor price higher on its own, and PLC covers units with a preferential aspect such as park facing.

  • Can I share the cost sheet with buyers?

Yes. The cost sheet is generated as a branded PDF carrying your company logo, the buyer’s name, the property details, the full price breakdown and the payment plan, so you can send the buyer a clean document they can keep, review and forward to whoever helps them decide.
