Connect Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads to Vastu CRM

Prepare your Meta business settings

The setup happens partly in Meta Business Suite and partly in Vastu CRM. Check these four things first, so each step goes through without going back and forth.

Your Facebook Page must be managed through a Business Manager. Complete the Meta steps before you click Connect with Facebook in Vastu CRM.

Add the Vastu CRM app to your Business Manager

In Meta Business Suite, connect the Vastu CRM app to the Business Manager that manages your Facebook Page, using the App ID shown in your Vastu CRM integration screen.

Copy the App ID, don’t type it. Use the Copy button next to the ID in Vastu CRM (Settings, Integrations, Facebook Lead Ads) and paste it into Meta.

Configure CRM access and lead permissions

Complete both of these steps in Meta Business Suite before you return to Vastu CRM.

Set up CRM integration in Instant Forms

Select Vastu CRM as your lead provider and link your Facebook Page.

Verify Leads Access

Confirm that the Vastu CRM app is listed with permission to access your Page’s leads.

Both done? Head back to Vastu CRM for steps 4 and 5.

Connect your Facebook account and select a Page

Back in Vastu CRM, connect with the Facebook account that is an Admin of your Page, then choose the Page whose lead forms you want to sync.

    Connect in Vastu CRM

    Open the Facebook Lead Ads integration in Vastu CRM and click Connect with Facebook.

    Select your Facebook Page

    In the popup, select the Page you want to sync leads from.

    Complete the connection

    Once the Page is selected, leads flow in automatically from new form submissions.

Send a test lead to verify the integration

Use Meta’s Lead Ads Testing Tool to submit a test lead for your connected Page, then check that it appears in Vastu CRM within a few seconds.

You’re set up when:

  • The correct Facebook Page is connected
  • The test form submission completes
  • The lead appears in Vastu CRM
  • The lead details look correct

Having trouble connecting Meta Lead Ads?

Most connection problems come down to one setup step. Find your issue below and check the step it points to.

  • Vastu CRM isn’t available as a lead provider

    What to check

    Confirm the Vastu CRM app has been added to the right Business Manager (step 1), then check the Instant Forms CRM setup (step 2).

  • Your Facebook Page doesn’t appear when connecting

    What to check

    Make sure you logged in with an account that is an Admin of the Page, and that the Page is available to that account.

  • Leads aren’t appearing in Vastu CRM

    What to check

    Recheck Leads Access (step 3), the selected Page (step 5) and the Instant Forms CRM setup. Then send a test lead (step 6).

  • The connection fails or shows an error

    What to check

    Go back through each setup step in order. If the issue continues, contact Vastu CRM support.

Common questions about connecting Meta lead forms to Vastu CRM.

  • How do I connect Facebook Lead Ads to Vastu CRM?

    Add the Vastu CRM app to your Meta Business Manager, set Vastu CRM as the lead provider in Instant Forms CRM setup, and verify Leads Access. Then click Connect with Facebook in Vastu CRM, log in with an account that is an Admin of your Page, and select the Page you want to sync leads from.

  • Can I capture leads from Instagram Lead Ads?

    The Vastu CRM integration captures leads from your Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Instagram lead forms run through the Facebook Page connected in Meta, so make sure that Page is the one you select during setup.

  • Do I need Meta Business Manager to connect Facebook Lead Ads?

    Yes. Your Facebook Page must be managed through a Business Manager, because the Vastu CRM app is added to the Business Manager in the first step of the setup.

  • Why do I need to configure Leads Access?

    Leads Access controls which apps can access your Page’s leads. The Vastu CRM app must be listed with permission there so new form submissions can reach Vastu CRM.

  • How can I check if the integration is working?

    Use Meta’s Lead Ads Testing Tool to submit a test lead for your connected Page, then check that it appears in Vastu CRM within a few seconds.

  • What should I do if the integration still doesn’t work?

    Recheck the app setup, the Instant Forms CRM setup, the selected Page and Leads Access. If the issue remains, contact Vastu CRM support.
