Open the Website Form integration in Vastu CRM and copy the webhook URL generated for your connection.

  1. 1Open the Website Form integration in Vastu CRM.
  2. 2Under Your webhook URL, click Copy.
  3. 3Send the URL to your website developer.

For your developer: this URL is the destination your form will submit enquiry data to.

The URL is unique to your company’s connection. Share it only with the people setting up your form.

2Step 2

Configure your website form to send enquiries

Set up your form to send submitted data to the Vastu CRM webhook URL. Every form uses the same three settings: the URL, method POST and format JSON.

3Step 3

Map website form fields to CRM fields

Vastu CRM automatically detects common field names. If your website uses different field names, map them to the right CRM fields.

Field names match? Nothing to map.

These names are picked up automatically when no mapping is set:

  • name
  • phone
  • email
  • city
  • message

Different names? Map them under Field Mapping.

  1. 1Choose the CRM field in Select CRM field.
  2. 2Type your form’s field name, for example mobile_number.
  3. 3Click + Add, then Save mapping.

Actual field names depend on how your website form is set up. Ask your developer for the exact names your form sends.
