Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Vastu CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Abeyaantrix Technology Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), incorporated in India.

2. Description of service

Vastu CRM is a cloud-based real estate CRM platform that enables property developers and brokers to manage inventory, leads, bookings, payment plans, and customer communications. Features include integration with third-party lead sources such as Facebook Lead Ads.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a duly authorised representative of your organisation to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@onsiteteams.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
• Use lead data obtained via the Service for purposes other than legitimate sales follow-up with the individual's knowledge.

6. Facebook Lead Ads integration

If you connect a Facebook Page to the Service:

• You represent that you are the authorised administrator of that Page.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your Facebook advertising and lead collection activities comply with Facebook's Platform Policies and applicable privacy laws.
• You must obtain all necessary consents from lead respondents before collecting and using their data.
• You authorise us to receive and store lead data transmitted via Facebook's webhook on your behalf.

7. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Abeyaantrix Technology Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during the term of your subscription.

9. Payment and subscription

Subscription fees are charged as agreed at the time of sign-up. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, including violation of Section 5. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
